This week has been okay, I might not have gotten as much done as I wanted to. But Some is better then none. I did get some things added to the Wonderland map, and then proceeded to forget the names of places. Which makes it just a little hard to write about the Elf’s of Wonderland when you can’t remember the name of their city.

I will admit that it’s been about a week since WordPress asked this question, but I have been trying to focus on getting my projects done. That being said I think I need a break today from my normal writing.

The crazy thing about this question was/is, that the day before this showed up on WordPress I was thinking I wish someone would ask me if I liked my job? Just so I could say oh Fuck no. That only reason I am still at this job is because I only work 3 days a week and once a month I get 7 days off. But as soon as I can find a job like that closer to home I am out.

I shared this story with the woman that buys me stuff, and she asked are we talking about my day job, or the one I wished I had. And of course the answer is the day job. This week as been alright. I finished editing level 3 of the Temple of Zeus, got some done on Lady Fear, and got some Wonderland work done. I am starting to think that I am not going to get Lady Fear done this month. I still have six more levels after this one.

I have three more days off of my seven day weekend, and I am going to work on my projects as much as I can, but this week might be hard I have to help family do stuff this week, and the kids don’t have school 2 of those 3 days.

I am going to try and get Lady Fear level six done today, but I have two other projects I have to work on, so I am going to do my best.

Lady Fear: If I can get one good day of work in, I could be done with this level. The problem is that there are so many things that I have to get done, that I don’t know if I am going to get one good day of work in this weekend.

When I worked for Nu skin many moons ago I had a co-worker that told me that she hoped that she never had to work with me because she thought I was a bitch. And I kind of am.

I was once in a discord group for a con and every year after the con would release its rules on Covid everyone would lose their minds. One person told me that I needed to have patience and my thought is sure if I am dealing with little kids. But if you are over 21 grow the fuck up and do what you know you should do or get a boot to the head. We have all been though enough over the last 40 years and most of it is because people don’t want to do what they should.

And the crazy thing is that everyone that went to the con that year got sick. And I laughed at them because I am a bitch

What’s happening this week?

Wonderland Week 6: I need to Type the Intro to Wonderland, I remembered the other day after I wrote it that I left out something I wanted to put in so I will do that. I need to type the Biker Gang’s and and a little more to them. I need to look at the Races I have already created, and I need to get more work done on the Temptress.

The Temple of Zeus OSR: I have three more parts to finish, Level two might takes a couple of days because I am changing some of the monsters. 

Lady Fear: With all the work I am going to be getting done this week, I should be able to get this level done this week. I need to start by creating the big bad for this level.

I have been holding off on writing this post for a bit, because I always write about my plans for the up coming con season, and I don’t want to get my hopes up this year.

I am not going to Gary con this year or the con the week before. I am happy that people are celebrating 50 years of D&D, but one that would be a lot of money and more importantly way to many people for one Chantel.

There is a con in Provo, UT called Life the Universe and everything. I was thinking about going to that but it’s during the weekend that I work and at the time I learned about this con, I was already planing to save my PTO for a con in October.

I might try and go to Rage con in Reno, NV.
