Many moons ago my father and I spent many an hour playing Final Fantasy VII when it first came out, now my son and I spend many an hour playing the same game, We have not got the Remake yet, but maybe we should because I am kind of tired of this game and would much rather be playing D&D.

I have been writing away on the Temple of Set, but I guess we will talk more about that in tomorrow’s blog. But tomorrow you are also going to get a Super Beat Down Sunday because I have two new Magic decks and a new Commander.

I have this idea for some blog posts, I really need to get those going, there might be some thoughts on the new Dragonlance and Spelljammer settings coming out.

I got the final outfit for Gary con next year, and now I can’t buy any more clothes until after the con, I need to save up for a new office chair and everything for the con. I found a spa that could do my make-up but I can only use that spa if I stay at that hotel. That seems really dumb to me if someone wants to give you their money why would you not take it?

I just heard a few people talking about how people that start their week on Sunday are Strong and Powerful people. I don’t know how true that is, but it’s time once again to lay out the week and see what happens.

I did not get anything done last week for Ravnica, but I kind of knew that was not going to happen. I did not work on Wonderland as much as I wanted to, but still got some good writing done. And I was able to get some typing done on The Temple of Set. I don’t know why I can’t seem to get into getting it typed up but I am trying to get that figured out.

On Thursday, I am going to spend the whole day, typing The Temple of Set, and if there is any time left I will work on Wonderland and the section I am writing at the moment.

This week my days off are during the days that I work on Wonderland so on Friday I am going to work on the world map, and Saturday I will work on writing.

When I am done with this post I will go pack my bag with my Ravnica books so I can get some writing done well I am at work this week. I think on Wednesday I will start making character sheets for a project I am working on based on the happenings of my in-person Ravnica game.

This week was not a good week for gaming.

In-person Ravnica Game: Sometimes I wish I could run a game on any day other than Sunday. There is not going to be an in-person game at all in May.

It’s late and I want to go to bed because I work in the morning, but I have to wait for the dryer to finish so I can have clothes for work. So I am sitting here fighting with myself to write a blog even though it’s the same as it ever was.

Last week I got some good writing done on the Wonderland project and I did not type as much of the Temple of Set, but I got a good amount done today.

This week I am going to be working on the Wonderland map on one of my days off. I should be able to finish the Rivers and Lakes. Thank the Yellow Brick Road. I also need to finish the section on the three moons.

I will be working during the three days that I work on Ravnica, so I should be able to get some good work done on the second mission this week.

Thursday I am going to spend the day typing The Temple of Set.

In-Person Ravnica Game: There was no game due to Easter, and due to a grandchild’s birthday, and Mother’s day there is not going to be a game for two more weeks.

I don’t know when con season really starts or ends. for me, it would have started with Ice and Dice, but that got canceled and that is okay. So maybe it started with Gary Con even though I did not go to that one either.

I have three of the four outfits that I am going to wear next year to Gary Con, and I have just about everything in place to attend in person, even though it’s a year away.

I was thinking about going to a few cons this year, but after thinking about it some more I have decided that I am going to spend most of my time working on Wonderland and other things.

So for sure, I am going to do Virtual Greyhawk con, and I am going to go to Fear con with my cousin whenever that is going to be. And I might go to a con here close to my home that happens on the weekend of my birthday, but I am not sold on that idea.

And then Con Season will start next year with Ice and Dice.

So in the process of writing my blog about why I like Ravnica so much, I have been thinking about doing more Plane Chase posts, about all the Magic Planes and if I think they would be good places for D&D characters to hang out in. It would also give me a chance to write about the new Spelljammer.

Lately, I have people quoting Gary Gayxx about why we play Humans, and I want to write about blog about being able to relate to things is why we do a lot of things.

And so many other things. I wanted to get this post out of the way, so I can go type The Temple of Set.

I am going to say that I reached my goals last week at 60%. On the last day of Ravnica, I worked on some idea’s that I got from my in-person game. I only worked on Wonderland for a day and I have, because I needed to figure out some stuff, and I only typed the Temple of Set for like 30 minutes.

It’s not a writing goal but it might be a business goal, I need to do better at taking care of myself. I have been looking at my Apple Health app. I am going to get up every day that I don’t work and work out for an hour.

I am going to work less on the Ravnica game until I am done typing The Temple of Set and Mt. Kolob, that being said I am still going to get some work done on the Ravnica adventure.

In the three days at work that I will be working on The Wonderland setting, I should be able to get the gods done.

There are some questions that I might think about in-depth, like how do you market something for two hours a day, or how am I going to get two new goblins to join my patreon?

Then there are other questions like Why do I like the Magic the Gathering/Dungeons and Dragons setting of Ravnica so much? I don’t know I just do.

It could be that there is still so much unexplored, I mean the city of Ravnica is the whole planet, but we only know about the 10th district. What about 1-9 or are there more than 10?
