This week was not a good week for gaming.

The Play by Post Game: It’s been two since we have played, and that happens. Work sucks I know.

In-person Ravnica Game: Sometimes I wish I could run a game on any day other than Sunday. There is not going to be an in-person game at all in May.

It’s late and I want to go to bed because I work in the morning, but I have to wait for the dryer to finish so I can have clothes for work. So I am sitting here fighting with myself to write a blog even though it’s the same as it ever was.

Last week I got some good writing done on the Wonderland project and I did not type as much of the Temple of Set, but I got a good amount done today.

I will be working during the three days that I work on Ravnica, so I should be able to get some good work done on the second mission this week.

Thursday I am going to spend the day typing The Temple of Set.

I don’t know when con season really starts or ends. for me, it would have started with Ice and Dice, but that got canceled and that is okay. So maybe it started with Gary Con even though I did not go to that one either.

I have three of the four outfits that I am going to wear next year to Gary Con, and I have just about everything in place to attend in person, even though it’s a year away.

I was thinking about going to a few cons this year, but after thinking about it some more I have decided that I am going to spend most of my time working on Wonderland and other things.

So for sure, I am going to do Virtual Greyhawk con, and I am going to go to Fear con with my cousin whenever that is going to be. And I might go to a con here close to my home that happens on the weekend of my birthday, but I am not sold on that idea.

And then Con Season will start next year with Ice and Dice.

So in the process of writing my blog about why I like Ravnica so much, I have been thinking about doing more Plane Chase posts, about all the Magic Planes and if I think they would be good places for D&D characters to hang out in. It would also give me a chance to write about the new Spelljammer.

Lately, I have people quoting Gary Gayxx about why we play Humans, and I want to write about blog about being able to relate to things is why we do a lot of things.

And so many other things. I wanted to get this post out of the way, so I can go type The Temple of Set.

I am going to say that I reached my goals last week at 60%. On the last day of Ravnica, I worked on some idea’s that I got from my in-person game. I only worked on Wonderland for a day and I have, because I needed to figure out some stuff, and I only typed the Temple of Set for like 30 minutes.

It’s not a writing goal but it might be a business goal, I need to do better at taking care of myself. I have been looking at my Apple Health app. I am going to get up every day that I don’t work and work out for an hour.

I am going to work less on the Ravnica game until I am done typing The Temple of Set and Mt. Kolob, that being said I am still going to get some work done on the Ravnica adventure.

In the three days at work that I will be working on The Wonderland setting, I should be able to get the gods done.

There are some questions that I might think about in-depth, like how do you market something for two hours a day, or how am I going to get two new goblins to join my patreon?

Then there are other questions like Why do I like the Magic the Gathering/Dungeons and Dragons setting of Ravnica so much? I don’t know I just do.

It could be that there is still so much unexplored, I mean the city of Ravnica is the whole planet, but we only know about the 10th district. What about 1-9 or are there more than 10?

In-Person Ravnica Game: Last week in Ravnica our group had just found out about a plot to kill Jace. This week there were two missions they could follow up on a ghost in the plaza and the plot to kill Jace.

Frist on the list go and figure out why the ghost is in the Plazza? The answer is that he wants to get his treasure chest so he can pay off his debt to the church. His debt is 480,000 gp.

The Druid always knows a shortcut.

Every time the Druid says she knows a shortcut, you can hear the goblin says oh crap. Because every time they enter the undercity, they get attacked by some drow. This time the drow are working for Krenko.

The group got a second chance to work for Krenko, and once again they turned it done. So back to finding the ghost’s treasure.

Did you really think I was just going to give a group of level 1 adventures 480,000? They bailed on this quest real fast.

The Plot on Jace turned out to be a trap to get people into a Murder cercus. turns out that the weirds cousin was the leader of this Murder Cercus, called The Kevin Long Show.

I wanted to wait until I had everyone’s info, but for now, I have everyone’s info so let’s meet the adventures.

Last week did not go so well, I worked on Ravnica 2 of the three days that I worked which is good, but I did not work on Wonderland at all.

Alright, let’s get into the things I need to do this week. I know it’s not a gaming thing but I really want to get up early and start working out.

I need to work on Ravnica for two days. On the third day, I need to work on stuff for my in-person game. So there will be lots of mapping. I am hoping I will get the art back for my other Ravnica project, then I can get that out this week.

This week, I will be working on the days that I would be working on Wonderland, so I should get a lot of writing done. The Cosmos will be the topic this week.

I need to do better at getting The Temple of Zeus typed.

Can you believe that this is my 700th blog post? That is crazy. but I am glad I am here. one time I was on Pinterest looking for images for the Izzet league and an image of a woman came up she was wearing a blue blouse and a red skirt. This image would be of the Azorious Senate, and I would totally rock it.

Talking about the guilds of Ravnica will bring us to the first part of how I did on my goals last week. I only worked on Ravnica one day out of the three that I set aside for it. but I found out that I need to draw a new map for one of the goblin warehouses.

I did work on stuff for the Basic version of Wonderland, but I did not work on the map. I have decided that I am only going to be working on the main setting book and the world map, then when I have everything I will start working on each edition of the setting.

I got some typing done on the Temple of Set, but not as much as I would have liked.

Thursday-Saturday. I am going to be working on Wonderland. On Thor’s day I will be working on the map. On Friday I am going to be very busy working on other things with the family so I don’t think I will get much done, but I will be starting to work on the Cosmos.

I need to get more typing done on The Temple of Set, I am thinking about spending all of Saturday and Sunday working on that.
