I have this plan that I am going to build a Ravnica cube and I will use it for coming up with ideas for writing Ravnca adventures. I was thinking about maybe doing that with the New Adventures in Forgotten Realms. But I am only building one deck for that set, and I don’t really want to write an adventure in Forgotten Realms. So I guess we will see what happens.

So far this week I am 100% at getting things on the Game Store page, that makes me fell good. I am almost out of stuff to put on that page.

The Final Dream I: I got an email from Lulu, my proof copy is finally on it’s way, so maybe by the end of the week, The Temple of Zeus can be back up on Lulu.

I have finished the second level of The Temple of Golden Nuts. I should be able to get the map done today of level three. I don’t have any big plans for this level, so we will see what happens. I do need to remember to put a Ring of Fire Resistance some where on this level.

Wonderland: This week for Wonderland World-Building there will be more stuff in the Frozen North. I need to add the Frozen lake and the Shrine of Alice.

Bloodmore Keep: It’s Thursday, that means most of the day will be spent reading the Scarlet Brother Hood and drawing a map for the keep.

Ravenloft: By the end of this week I need to figure out my adventure for Ice and Dice, so I can know how many pieces of art I am going to need and can let the artist know.

I was not planing on writing a blog on this topic, if you can even call it a topic. I had an interview the other day and of course the where do you see yourself question comes up. I also wasn’t planing on writing a blog about the Future of The Swamp so soon, for what ever reason my year goes from November to October.

I use to have an answer, or maybe I cared more about making it sound good. When I worked at Nu Skin the plan was to be the first female CEO, so where would I be, would be closer to that goal. The problem with this was everyone above me was not going anywhere.

When I worked at Vivint Smart Home, but I was not going to make it at that job. I have way better things to waste my time on.

So when it comes to working for someone else where do I see myself in 5 years, I don’t know let’s get through today and see what tomorrow brings. right now I just want to have a job, ” I got bills to pay and mouths to feed.”

So what about The Swamp, where is it going to be in five years? Ah yes a question I know the answer too. First I am changing the goal for this year. The Final Dream I will be done. However Wonderland is really big and I have a lot of other things going on, so I am putting wonderland somewhere between the 3 and 5 year goal. When I came up with this idea I wanted to call it Ho, Ho, Ho something bad, but then I thought people don’t always like being called nerds so they might not like what I was going to call them. Then I thought I would just put it here, and that won’t work because now my blogs come in podcast format, and if your podcast has bad words some countries would allow it to be played. So shot.

Man the weeks seem to be going buy fast, I mean yesterday I did two for Tuesday and here it is time for another this week in gaming.

The Final Dream: Since last week the writing has been good, but today I only got one thing done. I am going to push to get level two done this week. I ordered the proof copy of The Temple of Zeus with the map of the under city in it, so I will be able to get that back to market.

Bloodmore Keep: The new Virtual Greyhawk con adventure. It’s the new thing I work on, on Thursdays. Tomorrow I will get some more reading done on the Scarlet Brother hood, and will start mapping out the keep.

Wonderland: This week I will get more done on the Frozen North, the three tribes that roam. And maybe the Shrine of Alice.

Ravenloft: I am almost done ready the setting book.

The last thing is to take over the world one game store at a time. This is a two fold thing. I want to get my writings in every game store That I can. I am working on some things for that and will be 100% ready to launch those when I am done with the Temple of Golden Nuts. The second fold is that I want have my own games stores.

Lets start with a story. I used to be on the DrivethruRPG Discord, and one day some dude was like we should tell our customers how much money we make. Now I was already doing that, but it kind of made me mad, that some dude was going to tell me how to run my business, because I don’t know why I do it, but at the end of the day I don’t see how that is going to help anything?

Now that being said from Drivethru I made 25.96 and from patreon I made 18.93. This makes me happy because I am going to be able to get the new Ravenloft book.

Here we are a new week has come and gone, It was mostly a good week.

Woman+ con: People seemed to have a good time. The one game I wanted to play in, I was the only person that signed up for it. And in the end it’s okay, because I was going to have to play a pre-gen and that is fine but if I want to change my name and other things that aren’t going to matter to that game I don’t see that the big deal is.

The game I was going to run only had two people sign up, but only one person ever got a hold of me.

I played some Magic this week, I don’t think I won any of the games, but I did get to play five games of Plane Chase so it’s a win.

Tomorrow the sign ups for Greyhawk con start, so I am sure I will to a blog about that after I sing up. There will be a new adventure of that, and I already have some ideas for new monsters.

When I heard that TSR was back I was willing to hold my judgement but was a little concerned that it was just a bunch of people walking in to the bar to talk about the Glory days. I was also willing to point out that the Failed kickstarter was not a product of TSR and will not be a product of TSR that is now in the hands of Troll Lord Games so we should not be judging them on that.

I wanted to know more about about Giant land but they aren’t really saying much about it. watch might not be the best idea because of how the kickstarter went, they need to be talking about everything they can, plus they are a new business they should be getting the word out about their products.

Now I have never heard of this YouTube show, so I am not 100% that there whole shtick is not just click bait, but starting your show with if you are offended it sucks to be is a good way to let most people know that they don’t need to waste time watching your show, plus the Host really had no idea what he was talking about.

Now let’s get to the guest. I find it interesting that Ernie says his job is to stop his team from saying stupid stuff, but who is going to stop him from saying stupid stuff. like about how gaming was better when there were no women at the gaming table.

Also while we are on the Subject Gender Identity is not something to laugh about, there are lots of Trans people and people that are Gender Fluid that are in the gaming community, and it really is a better place because of it.

Look I am not saying that we can’t enjoy old things, I love 1e Dungeons and Dragons, and I am not saying that we all need to be blinded by the Idea that the world is much better than it use to be, it is but there is still a lot of work to be done and TSR being a rally point for old angry white guys proves that.

Alright, here we are again. Let’s start with how I was doing good at getting stuff up on the Game store part of the site, but then today I was like you know, there is a lot of stuff on the site and it’s not moving so do I really need to put more up right now? This week is Woman+ con, no one has signed up for the game I am running, and I am still the only one signed up for Band of the Run. I think I will just back it in and start getting ready for the con here.
