I am thinking about starting to do my weekly blog on Wednesday because I am in this group that does Promo days on Wednesday and Sunday, and on The Sunday I try to either the Drivethru or the Patreon. Plus since coming to WordPress This week in Gaming doesn’t seem to be doing as good as it was on the Blogspot.

So this week, I finished typing the second level of The Temple of Zeus and maybe I will get to level 3 today, I am kind of not feeling it today. I created a new monster for the Temple of Set.

I got my events submitted for Saltcon end of summer a local con in Utah, and people are so ready to game again that the only game I am able to run of the first day is the AL game that I was assigned. But was still able to get some of my games in plus I am going to run 8 hours of B2. That should be fun.

I should start working on the notes for that, with all the other things that I am doing. like coming up with ideas for two new adventures. One is going to be a Greek adventure.

Then the local con at the end of July start of August. I am excited for that one. I have not heard anything about the one that is by my house during my birthday weekend, but I am still hoping that it happens.

I just got done making cave people characters for a DCC game that I am going to be playing in. It kind of makes me wonder though I have not seen many level 1 adventures for the cave people, so maybe I just add that to my list of things to do.

The Final Dream: When I am done with this blog I am going to get back to typing the Temple of Zeus, I took a day off yesterday. Being down one computer while the kids are getting their school work done, I am getting the second level of the temple of Set done.

Wonderland: I had this plan that I was going to go to the Game store today, and get a lot of mapping done, but even the best laid plans of mice and women. So I will be doing that next week. I have been adding names to the city list, and got some stuff done for the four queens.

I think the internet went out the other day when I was typing this week in gaming and you missed out on a lot of stuff like what was going on with the site, and now it’s all done. I got the About page done. I might add a little more later. I added The Kevin Long Show, that if for a Podcast that I am working with, so they will post podcast and video’s there. And I need to get the Pro DM filled in so people can hire me to be their DM.

Reaver Con was good, I had so much fun in the funnel that I played in. I had never played the Portal Under the stars. I missed the panel that I was going to do, but that’s ok I was working on some Wonderland stuff.

I have so much to do today, but it is all talking a lot of energy to get done, I should just take a nap and then work on stuff, but that is not how it’s going. The upstairs people don’t like Loud Music Hour at 3 in the afternoon on Saturday but some how their kid making noise is ok at 6:30 in the morning. so yeah I am just a little tired, but we will get this done.

Today I want to start with I don’t think I am going to get my Saga Deck or my Dwarf deck done. Arena just isn’t funny anymore and I have a lot of stuff to get done, if I am to reach my goal of taking over the world one game store at a time.

Reaver con is this weekend, I think I said I was doing one funnel on Friday, and then a how to build monsters panel on Saturday at least I think it is about building monsters, if it’s not that is ok.

I might have been planning to write a blog today, but I was hoping it would be latter in the evening. But both the the things I am working on today are kind of on hold. So why not do it now.

the website is coming alone, one of the two projects I am working on is to get 9 items up each day between the two stores. But I take photos on my tablet and then email them to myself and for some reason that doesn’t always work out. I should maybe look in to the app.

The reason I wanted to wait until I was done working to do the blog, is on todays list of The Temple of Zeus to take the 1e version of the Hero Jason and convert him to the OSRIC, and that means sharing him and the Artifact he as with the my goblins on Patreon, and then I would share a link to that here.

I am not able to finish this yet, because in the OSRIC system book, it says that Paladins and Rangers get zero-level spells, but I don’t see anywhere in the book a list of spells. Now Jason is not a Paladin, but he is a Ranger, and maybe like my last character that I converted I don’t need zero-level spells, but this is the second time it has come up so I kind of want to know.

I logged in to Arena today, and the system was down so they could work on it, that’s a new one. But there are still things I can talk about, because I played some in person games on Thursday.

Before we get in to that thought, I have gotten 4 packs of the new set, and I have to say I am not impressed with the art work. I am not really shocked by that, the last full set with good art was Kaldheim. and the art over all at WoTC has been lacking for a very long time.

Alright on Thursday I played for games, and the only game I lost was the one in which I used my Gruul Deck. I don’t play it a lot to win, in fact it has only won twice, but it’s a fun deck, even before you get it to the game, people don’t like it because it has 150 cards in it. I need to get look at getting more cards that are red and Green.

The Final Dream: Aside from getting The Temple of Zeus typed up, and out, I have started working on third level, so far there are a lot of Mummies. I am trying to decided if I want one of my monsters On every level, I need to read back on level one and see if I put it there, I remember writing it, but that might have been the other draft I wrote. I know I did not put it in the basement level, and that is ok.

Looking through the OSRIC book, there is nothing for the Death Knight or the Slaad, so I will need to make my own, and that is ok. I am not sure about the Death Knight but I have started working on the slaad, you can see the Glass Frog on the Patreon.

Wonderland: I am not getting a lot done on this project, and that bugs me. I am going to set Friday’s and Tuesday’s for More Wonderland.

I had this plan today that I was going to get up, dress up and show up, while I got up and that is where the plans ended. I have not felt well all day. So the things I wanted to talk about are not as thought out as I want to be, but I don’t what to forget about them. So maybe I will lay them out here and then come back to them later.

The other thing I did was add some things to The Yard Sale, and I might add a few more when I am done with the post and promoting it. And maybe some stuff on on The Game Store.

So first last night I was talking to someone, and they were talking about how he is kind of torn because some times he doesn’t invite people to his gaming table because they would not be a good fit. I reminded him, and now I will remind you all that, making sure everyone is included doesn’t mean at your table, it means that they game is a safe place for them to be. but if you are not included people at your table think about why. But again not everyone is going to be a good fit.

The guys that I play Magic with, are Not a fight for my table, because they are all right wing nut cases. and some day I will be able to find a new group to play Magic with.

The other thing we talked about what teaching people how to play D&D, and that got me thinking about doing a DM boot camp. I have thought about it before, but I always go back to one it’s not hard and two it’s an easy thing to pick up, but maybe I will think about it because I need dollars or a job.
